“Procurement process is the heart of business as it is a cost management” is the first statement of          Ms. Rawiwan Saengchan from the Comptroller General’s Department of the Ministry of Finance, given to COERR’s Executives, Field Managers, Supervisors, Logistics and Accounting Officers in a staff training on “Procurement Efficiency Improvement” organized by COERR on December 13, 2010 at the meeting room, 10th floor, of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Thailand Building. The content of the training is convincing the 30 energetic COERR staff of the effective procurement process which has become the best practice for many private sectors and organizations in their conduct for efficiency management.
